We have 2 sizes available:
32mm – these vegan casings are designed for a 22-23mm nozzle, ideally suited to produce a 32mm diameter casing.
23mm – these vegan casings are designed for a 11-12mm nozzle, ideally suited to produce a 23mm diameter casing.
1 Slug totals 20ft in length (6m) No mess, no soaking, use straight from the pack.
Made entirely from plant based materials This is suitable for both vegetarian and vegan sausages.
Provides a great appearance and texture to sausages Suitable for all applications except steam cooking or boiling.
Suitable for hand-linking. Do not soak, boil or wet the casings as they will disintegrate Ingredients:
Plant based natural polysaccharides. All ingredients are Kosher certified.
Storage instructions: Product should be stored in sealed bags under dry storage conditions and not refrigerated or frozen. No allergens present.
Couriers cannot deliver to PO Box or parcel lockers, they can only deliver to residential or business addresses

Interstate (ACT,VIC,QLD,Syd metro and outer NSW) deliveries will now be shipped using the cold option only.
Your products will be dispatched from us between 1-7 days Most orders leave us within 3 business days. We will send you an email letting you know your order has been picked up and then the cold courier company will email you on the day of delivery with live tracking.
VIC & QLD orders are picked up from us on Tuesdays. Orders placed before 12pm Monday will make this pick up, orders placed after this will roll over to the next Tuesday.
All local deliveries to the Newtown area (5km radius)are delivered on Thursdays – need to be placed no later than Wednesday 12pm for Thursday delivery. 🙂
Is there a minimum order?
There is no minimum order.
Is the food delivered fresh or frozen?
The food is delivered fresh with a refrigerated courier unless otherwise stated. We pack the products in a sealed insulated box with ice. Please refrigerate your food in a timely manner upon receival of the goods.Your package may arrive with the ice completely melted but the product will still be cool within. Please be assured that these products will still be fine for consumption – simply pop them into the refrigerator or freezer until you’re ready to enjoy eating them.
How is the food packed for delivery?
We pack our products in an insulated cardboard box, that are 100% recyclable, sustainable, re-usable and space efficient with ice to help keep cold for the journey.Your package may arrive with the ice completely melted but the product will still be cool within. Please be assured that these products will still be fine for consumption – simply pop them into the refrigerator until you’re ready to enjoy eating them.
How can I pay for my order?
You can pay by paypal or credit card
Interstate deliveries – QLD, VIC and ACT shipping with the cold courier is $31
All local deliveries to the Newtown area (5km radius)is $5
How much is delivery?
Syd metro and most of outer Sydney shipping with a cold courier is $21
How long will it take to receive my order?
As long as we have the products you’ve requested in stock, orders will leave our Sydney shop between 1-7 business days of receiving your order. Most orders are dispatched within 3 business days.
Can I track my order once it has been dispatched?
Yes an email will be sent to you from the courier company on the morning of delivery with live tracking.
How long do your products keep for?
All our products need to be refrigerated, our products are good for at least 4 weeks after the date we make them (with the exception of the seitan products with are 8 weeks), they will all be marked with a best before date. Our products are all totally fine to freeze and will keep a shelf life of 8 months. Once opened you have 4-5 days to consume your food.
Do you ship outside Australia?
Unfortunately not at this stage.
