Expensive!!

2012 Bt50 diagnosis and turbo replacement. Quoted in excess of $4000.00 in comparison to other pricing of under $3000.00 for standard turbo or just over $3000.00 for upgrade plus retune.
Definitely will not use again.
Buyer beware!

Don’t use them

They Cancel appointments on person too sick to work ( total fine it happens) person say can’t get in until 3 day later ( Thursday)
We couldn’t wait so told we find someone else Which we did who done it 500 dollars cheaper and the got use in same day
Than they call next day and we say we won’t need your service and than we get text ( Tuesday say come tomorrow (Wednesday ) without telling us or call us they just booked even tho they told we won’t using service anymore
The we called them in morning being rude

Any since they seen the review called an called 6 them on repeat untlll answer even tho I’m at work and had go about us writing a review and nothing but rude

Called up.. needed my car looked at straight away.. it was looked at on the day.. a really nice bloke “Luke” was very helpful.. I had a few requests and he made them happen.. very knowledgeable.. very kind.. went through everything on the car.. diagnosed the problem.. promptly.. and made it happen that day.. at a very reasonable price! Could even give me pointers on what should be done in the future.. and how it could be done.. told me how it was.. I loved it. Get onto lube mobile.. and ask for Luke! I’ll only have him look at my cars.. can’t even put into word how impressed I am. Thank you !

Nope, don’t ever consider using them

Used my local agent to deal with an overheating situation, initial fault was never repaired, when they returned a new issue had “magically” appeared that occurred overnight without driving the car requiring additional costs. In my opinion they are not able to accurately diagnose faults, they are simply change parts over and hope for the best.

Excellent service

I was very impressed with the mechanic that serviced the car today. From start to finish he was excellent and I was pleasently surprised. Thanks Christopher ( van L16 )

totally useless do not use

Got a quote through Auto Guru for a job from Lube Mobile they wanted $133.00 just to turn up to site , thats not even looking at the car . Do not use them they are theives.

Mobile s66 Alan and his lovely offsider

Alan & his lovely offsides (I’m sorry I didn’t catch the name) worked in my vehicle today in soaring heat for hours. The lads were so thorough and very thoughtful I can’t recommend them strongly enough. Thankyou both for going above and beyond. Truly appreciated.

Didn’t even get to a mechanic attending

I booked my car in for a service, which was organised for today, Saturday 28/01/2023. The timeframe provided to me by Lube Mobile was between 2pm and 4pm.

I received a call at 12:34pm on Saturday, which I missed. I immediately called back at 12:51pm where the operator advised me that she had no idea why I was being called and suggested to me that the mechanic may already be on the way and arriving before the scheduled time – which was great.

… Read moremechanics booking off, he had to “shuffle things around” and asked if I can reschedule to the next week. I said no to which he advised that he had no other choice. This brings me to a series of questions: • Why was I not informed in the early morning that you are short staffed? I lost hours at work because of this. • Why would their staff member ask me to move my booing to next week and then proceed to say there is no other option? Was he trying to be nice?

Dodgy cat servicing

Stay well away from this company unnecessary work completed told me I needed new front brakes at next service and had this looked into recently and front brakes have 50% remaining. Will be making a report to fair trading where quite clearer just taking Money off people when work is not needed.

Convenient and professional.

Brendan, in Newcastle, was extremely effective at making our Captiva run smoothly again whilst keeping costs down. He has a lot of experience to draw from and comes highly recommended by me.

$200/hr for a mechanic

i got a quote from them to fit spark plugs to my car {statesman 2002 5.7lt }they quoted me $550 dollars even though i supplied the plugs.I queried the quote and they said they would replace the plugs for $295 which means they were going to charge me $255 for plugs and the champion plugs iridium are $170 and NGK iridium are around $100 so over charge the minimun of $85The person i spoke to avoided answering qhestions

Complete rip off. No accountability

Stay away. They charge an arm and a leg every time, promising that is only this once off high charge. They stuffed up and blamed me for it. My car is stuffed now.

First time I have used Lube Mobile wish I’d used them previously, had a fantastic Mechanic named Mohammed ( N15 ) very polite &
went through everything with me, so happy to know I will be safe on the road, thanks again

Stay away

Would never use lube mobile again they lost my bolt on my engine had to get one from the wreckers and put my steering wheel upside down sent someone else out next day to fix it they over charge there service never again

Jay from Lube Mobile in Perth came by on time to fix my break light. He was here maybe 10-15 minutes, was super friendly and didn’t charge me a thing! Thank you so much Jay!

do you do Road Worthy Certificates ?…if so cost $

Hey how come everyone here with a negative experience has lots of specifics but all the positive ones are generic stuff from like Wayne in Batemans bay who just randomly decides to post a review about how good Lubemobile is? Surely you’re better off actually addressing how bad you are rather than faking a few 5 stars after every genuinely horrible one?

I for one had a positive experience and I suppose when that happens there aren’t many specific details to share. While I’m not naive in believing all positive reviews are always legit, I’m not sure what detail you would like those with positive experiences to go into? Happy to share if you have a question though!

how much charged and what was done and did they give you anitemised account as no good reviews state what they were charged prior to doing thejob WHATjob it was .What it finally cost
