    as tire stations go this one isnt bad. ive had poor experiences at some of the other locations but these folks were nice and tried thier best to help me.

    im not in the position to by all new tires, but they were able to find me take offs for 75 and 50$ . instead of 275$ new
    decent for us poor people.
    ill be going back.
    ill be going back for my needs.

    I went in for my 4th set of tires from Les Schwab in the last 11 years. Everything went as expected. they took my 1190 dollars and set me on my way. I got home to notice I was missing a lug nut. went back the next day and was told I needed a new stud. No one told me that when I paid the bill! I was then told they had to order one which I thought was strange for a tire shop. I’m pretty sure it a standard 1/2″x20. Anyway I’m back today for the 3rd time and not happy at all this time

    We love this location! We have been coming here for years and get exceptional service every single time! All the guys here are so knowledgeable! Jeff is such a huge asset there! Anytime I have had a tire issue it’s been taken care of promptly!

    Took my truck in for alignment they told me I needed ball joints wanted $1000 got a second opinion and they were fine. When I picked up my truck there was fresh oil all over my armrest and seat. Every single Les Schwab in Tri Cities is horrible will never go back. $1000 for nothing?

    Would be zero but it won’t allow me

    had the worst experience at Les Schwab this weekend trying to get our tires rotated
    Sat for over 45 minutes watching them screw around doing nothing finally they got to our truck
    they spent an entire seven minutes on the truck .
    we get down the road the tire sensors are going off there’s not enough air in the tires !,
    they never put any air in the tires ! We had to air up the tires at home !!
    that’s what kind of customer service Les Schwab is dealing out these days
    I’d steer clear. Go anywhere else.

    I called for a friend needing a tire repaired/replaced while on the road cross country in a loaded 26′ box truck, midday on a Saturday. Andy answered the phone, I gave him the info, he responded, “yes, we can do that, or I have one in stock if it’s not repairable.” My friend arrived and was in and out within two hours with a new tire and a good used one for “just in case”. Having owned and operated a tire and service station for 16 years, I know all too well what Summer traffic is like, and particularly in these times, with the added stress and skeleton crews in all services, this business took excellent care of my friend! Shout out to this store and Andy! Be kind and patient!

    Had a battery replaced, when I called they said it would take 2 hrs and labor was around $100 an HR.

    I scheduled them at 9:00 am. They showed up at 8:15am. It took less than an hour to change it out, and they still charged me for 2 hrs. I was like 4 blocks from the store. Maybe 3 min drive. When I called about it. The manager tried giving me a BS excuse of. Well I told you it was a two hr charge, and I had to waste time and gas to go out there. (Wtf) If it’s a waste of time then retire your service truck, and be in store only. He would only refund half of the overcharged hour of labor. My family has gone through Les Schwab for over 45 yrs, and we have never been treated like this. I will never let this location touch my vehicles ever again. If I decide to shop here again I’ll make the drive to Walla Walla where they don’t rip people off.

    Tried to return an ac refridgerent and kept getting interrupted by the owner saying ” I need a receipt ” even though its winter and obviously I don’t have any use for it. I wish Yelp had a middle finger
