Rock Town River Outfitters prides itself on being Little Rock’s first Arkansas River outfitter and the premier outdoor recreational company. Our rental program allows guests ages 11 and up to hop on the Little Maumelle River for two hours. We also offer four-hour rentals for our fishing kayaks. The Little Maumelle River flows between River Mountain Park and Two Rivers Park. Our private boat dock is located 8.2 miles downstream from Pinnacle Mountain. If you’re looking for a fun daytime adventure, make a reservation for one of our kayaks or standup paddleboards.

We have 3 locations, but you can access our kayak and standup paddleboard rentals at 4420 River Mountain Road. Please visit our contact us page to view our other locations.

We prefer you make a reservation prior to visiting one of our 3 locations so we can ensure we have what you need available at the time that is most convenient for you.

For renting a single kayak and standup paddleboard, we require that the individual be at least 16 years of age.
We will permit an 11-year-old to join an adult in a tandem kayak.
Our staff will supply you with paddles, life jackets and a water proof phone case. We recommend you bring water, sunscreen, water-friendly shoes, and a smile!
Not only do we require you to wear life jacket when we set you up with your rental, but it’s also state law. If you are caught without a life jacket while paddling on the Little Maumelle River, you will be given a ticket.
