Moist and Easy to Eat Dried Squid
The National Federation of Fisheries Cooperatives (a.k.a SUHYUP) of South Korea introduces a plump and chewy dried squid from Guryongpo, Pohang. Because traditional drying methods have been used, it is juicy inside, and the squid’s rich flavor and savory taste are accentuated. Guryongpo, Pohang is responsible for 70% of squid production in South Korea, and the SUHYUP makes sure to be very selective in choosing the best ingredients for their product. Only the freshest available squids are used, and everything from fishing to drying, management, and sales is carried out in the name of SUHYUP. And drying in the clean breeze under the warm sunlight of Guryongpo is another plus point.
