My brothers Ribbon Fish from the surf of the Outer Banks, NC. I guess they are becoming quite populated in those waters now. A first for us.

We have started getting them way up the Chesapeake bay in maryland. Not that large, but it’s crazy. They’ve been found in our rivers which aren’t even that salty.

Funny that you say that, I was coming here to comment that I’ve heard of a lot being caught in the VA part of the bay. I myself have yet to catch one, however I could swear I’ve seen them swim by underwater fish lights at night.

Good bait fish. Sometimes fish markets will have them for sale dead and they still work as bait.
