A super easy white fish recipe from Italy, all baked in one tray with cherry tomatoes asparagus baby potato and black olives

400g baby potato sliced
200g cherry tomatoes
6 black olives
4 tsp olive oil
2 Plaice fillet 220g each
Heat your DeliVita oven medium hot. put the potatoes in you roasting tray cook for 10 min then add to the tray 100 ml of water
return the try to the oven for 10 more min
Take the tray out of your DeliVita oven , nest the tomatoes and asparagus above the potatoes. Add extra 100ml water and season to taste
Place the fish on top drizzle with olive oil , season to taste and return to the oven for a further 10-15 minutes or until your fish will be cooked and veg are tender – ENJOY!
