Cancellation up to 7 days prior to reservation: Full refund Cancellation 2-5 days prior to reservation: Full credit towards future booking Cancellation within 48 hours: No refund or credit issued Kayak NV reserves the right to cancel scheduled trips due to weather and water conditions, low participation or for unforseen
circumstances. In the event of an excursion cancellation, our clients can either request a full refund or apply the
credit to a future excursion.
