Napa River flows into the San Francisco Bay. It is a tidal influenced river. Each eco-adventure kayaking trip
is pre-planned upon referencing the day's tidal flow. The kayaking schedule therefore varies. Please call with your request
and we'll provide you with the options available. Each trip will be approximately 3 hours long. With pre and post
excursion routines, you can count on being on the water for approximately 2 1/2 hrs. Unless otherwise indicated, launch time is at 9:00AM
and return at 12:00PM. Afternoon launches also available.
We will be launching from
Riverside Launch (central Napa), Kennedy Park (south Napa), Cuttings Wharf (southwest of Napa on the way to Sonoma) and Lake
Hennessey (north of Napa at Rutherford.) The decision for the launch site for a particular day will be made will be
determined based on the tide, wind and when possible, paddler preference.
